TradelineListing is a marketplace platform that connects authorized user tradeline sellers with potential buyers. We facilitate the listing, browsing, and transaction coordination for credit tradeline services.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service
• You agree to provide accurate and truthful information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws
• You understand that authorized user tradelines are legal financial products

4. Tradeline Services

For Sellers: You certify that you are the legal accountholder of any credit accounts you list. You agree to add buyers as authorized users as described in your listings.

For Buyers: You understand that tradeline services may impact your credit report. Results are not guaranteed and may vary based on your individual credit profile.

5. Payment Terms

• All payments are processed securely through our platform
• Buyers pay sellers directly through approved payment methods
• Platform fees may apply as disclosed during transactions
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy

6. Privacy and Data Protection

We take your privacy seriously. Personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Transmit worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Engage in fraudulent activities or misrepresent information

8. Disclaimers

No Guarantee: We do not guarantee specific credit score improvements or outcomes. Credit scoring is complex and depends on many factors beyond tradeline additions.

Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for the actions of sellers or buyers. We facilitate connections but do not directly provide tradeline services.

9. Limitation of Liability

TradelineListing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which our company is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
